Ingrid Centurion nasceu em Paterson, NJ e é uma americana orgulhosa de 1ª geração. Ela serviu seu país por 22 anos no Exército dos EUA, tenente-coronel aposentado, veterana da guerra do Iraque, piloto de helicóptero e asa fixa , Piloto de Teste de Manutenção, Piloto Instrutor (Helicóptero e Asa Fixa), Palestrante Motivacional e Instrutor Corporativo. Ela tem 25 anos de experiência em liderança e gestão trabalhando com o Departamento de Defesa, Agências Policiais e o Patrulha de Fronteira dos Estados Unidos. Experiência profunda com aplicativos de Segurança Interna, incluindo sistemas de coleta de inteligência tripulados/não tripulados e segurança inovadora e desenvolvimento de software. Internamente, Ingrid atuou como planejadora de missão do sudoeste dos Estados Unidos na Joint Task Force North, combatendo ameaças transnacionais no Texas, Novo México, Arizona, Califórnia, cobrindo 1203 milhas de fronteira terrestre e 850 milhas de fronteira marítima. Responsável pelo planejamento, coordenação, sincronização e execução de apoio ativo e de reserva do DoD Title 10 às agências federais de aplicação da lei, Departamento de Segurança Interna e Departamento de Justiça, a fim de impedir e prevenir ameaças à pátria. Ingrid tem experiência especializada, incluindo recursos de inteligência militar (nacional), logística, segurança nacional e experiência em aviação na aplicação de tecnologias de apoio à tática terrestre (equipes de aplicação da lei e segurança interna). Ingrid é instrutora corporativa multilíngue, coach executiva e certificada como Human Brain Dominance Practitioner, usando a avaliação HBDI, que é um sistema para medir e descrever preferências de pensamento e estilos de processamento. Ingrid é a caçula de quatro filhos e foi criada por sua mãe depois que seu pai morreu em um acidente de carro quando ela tinha dois anos. Em homenagem ao americanismo e patriotismo de seu pai, a missão de Ingrid é aprender com o passado e ajudar todas as gerações a ter uma vida melhor enquanto defende as liberdades e liberdades americanas.

Patricio Feder is a driven results-oriented executive with 15+ years of strategic startup and large enterprise experience in disruptive technologies across several industries including aerospace, maritime, software, venture capital, and defense. He has a proven track record of commercial and strategic success due to execution, integrity, and excellence. He brings a wealth of skills to Generations for America as we continue to grow into other states and develop our U.S. Constitution program. As a highly motivated professional originally from Argentina he demonstrates why America is a land of opportunity for the truly ambitious and disciplined.

Diana Weir se aposentou recentemente como Diretora de Habitação e Serviços Comunitários da cidade de Southampton, Nova York. Ela foi anteriormente comissária de habitação e serviços humanos na cidade de Brookhaven, Nova York. Diana foi vice-presidente executiva da Long Island Housing Partnership e, no início dos anos 90, atuou no Comitê Executivo do Conselho de Administração. A Sra. Weir, banqueira por mais de 25 anos, foi vice-presidente sênior do Bank of Smithtown e do Bank of the Hamptons. Diana serviu 6 anos em Washington como chefe de gabinete do congressista do 1º distrito congressional de Long Island. Ela foi eleita para um cargo público em 1999 e serviu por quatro anos no Conselho Municipal de East Hampton.

Por mais de 30 anos, Diana esteve envolvida em sua comunidade, sendo voluntária em vários conselhos e comitês dedicados à inclusão e equidade para mulheres, minorias e latinos. Estefania Flores, a.k.a. Nia, is first generation Salvadorian America who was raised in Goose Creek, SC with her parents and siblings. She graduated from Stratford High School. She earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from The Citadel. Her interest and community work in politics makes this a perfect education program to hone her skills and prepare for accomplishing her future goals. Her current professional position entails working with clients as workers compensation bilingual paralegal. She has experience working in the immigration field, personal injury and on political campaigns. In her free time she enjoys reading and or volunteering in community outreach programs. Nia is a community-oriented professional who adds energy and value to her position on the Generations for America board.

Executive Director, Asian Programs

Seyla Nhean is an experienced public diplomacy professional dedicated to supporting U.S. policy goals by advancing human rights and the US Constitution in the USA and Cambodia. Committed to fostering international collaborations to educate, build leaders focused on policy change, while amplifying the voices of marginalized communities, particularly the Khmer diaspora. Her accomplishments include spearheading the development of the Urgent Action Alert System, which mobilized 175 Khmer Overseas NGOs for immediate advocacy action on pressing issues. She coordinated grassroots efforts to monitor the Cambodian government's implementation of a UN Human Rights Council action plan ahead of the 2023 national elections. Her professional dedication demonstrates how important the spirit of the immigrant community is to America's success.

Jim Morris is the oldest of 13 children. After high school he served in the US Army finance office at Ft. Riley, Kansas before being deployed to Vietnam in July 1965. After Vietnam he moved to Rochester, NY where he graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with an associate degree and then from Empire State College, State University of New York with a BS in Business Administration. While living in Rochester Jim began taking flying lessons and received his commercial pilot’s certificate. He also began climbing the high peaks in the northeast and became an Adirondack 46er, having completed climbing all 46 peaks over 4,000 ft in the Adirondacks. He continued climbing in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine and became the 531st , 111ers of The Northeastern USA. After Rochester Jim spent 1 year living in Venezuela managing a small team installing a computer system at the Venezuelan national steel company. Upon returning from Venezuela Jim moved to Cherry Hill, NJ and became a co-owner of a printing company with his brother and joined a Rotary Club. He has served as president of two different Rotary Clubs in New Jersey. As a Rotarian he was instrumental in a major international project to build a home for 300 orphans and poor children in the Dominican Republic where he helped raise over $200,000 to pay for the construction of a dormitory for the children. He then helped found the Orchid Foundation to transfer the “orphanage” project from Rotary to the non-profit foundation which has raised over $1 million over a 30 year period to continue to support the children. About 10 years ago Jim moved to Charleston. He transferred his Rotary membership where he has served as program chairman for several years. While in Charlston Jim served as quartermaster for VFW Post 445 for four years as well as becoming a Civil Air Patrol member serving as their squadron personnel officer. He is also a 3rd degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus. Jim’s first exposure to politics occurred when he voted for his dad for mayor of Olean, NY decades ago. In South Carolina he became active in local politics including being elected as his precinct Executive Committeeman. He has been a board member of a Charleston area political club and currently serves as their program chairman.

Madeleine Burnett-Caballero is an aspiring public relations professional with a passion for media strategy and brand communications. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication, double majoring in Public Relations and Media Management, with a particular interest in the health industry. With experience as a teacher’s assistant in Asuncion, Paraguay, she has developed strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, which have prepared her for a career in public relations. Her studies in media and graphic design have shaped her interest in strategic communication and digital marketing. She is especially interested in how brands can effectively communicate their message and build meaningful connections with their audience. She hopes to use her skills to make a lasting impact on young audiences Beyond her professional ambitions, Madeleine is highly adventurous and always seeking for new thrills and adventures. From skydiving to swimming with sharks, she embraces challenges and new experiences, bringing that same energy into her career.

Advisory Board of Member - Safety Program

Carrie Pasquarello is the CEO & Co-Founder of Global Secure Resources Inc. Carrie manages the development of security standards, emergency action plans, safety protocols, and crisis intervention strategies for use by businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual consumers and directs the analytical preparation of the Individual Threat Assessment Plan (ITAP) and Safe Student Abroad Assessments (SSA). Using all the strategies she learned and refined from working with the U.S. Department of State, she shares real-life lessons from abroad and stories to illustrate the importance of being proactive in keeping safe. Carrie is the Author of Study Abroad Safety, A Parent’s Guide to Sending Your Child Abroad. Her company is certified Women-Owned.
